TezSender ("we", "us", "our") operates the TezSender platform, a WhatsApp messaging and automation service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using our services you agree to this Policy.
This service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
- Device & connection data: the WhatsApp phone number(s) you connect, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs and access tokens you provide to connect the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Message data: the content, recipients, timestamps and delivery status of messages you send or receive through the platform, kept to provide delivery reports, logs and auto-reply features.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, log-in activity and actions performed in the dashboard.
- Payment data: plan and subscription details. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate and maintain the messaging, automation and analytics features.
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf using the credentials you connect.
- To generate delivery reports, logs and account analytics.
- To secure your account, prevent abuse and enforce sending limits.
- To provide customer support and important service notifications.
3. WhatsApp / Meta Data
When you connect the official WhatsApp Cloud API, you provide access tokens that let us send messages and receive incoming messages and delivery statuses via Meta's webhooks. We use this access solely to operate the features you request. We do not sell WhatsApp data, and we do not use message content for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
- Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — message delivery and receipt.
- Google (Sign-In & optional Gemini AI) — if you use Google login, or if you enable the AI Chatbot with your own Google Gemini API key, relevant message text may be processed by Google to generate replies.
- Payment gateway — to process subscription payments.
Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and message log data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Logs are periodically purged according to our retention schedule. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (SSL/TLS), hashed passwords and access controls. Access tokens are stored to maintain your connection and are never publicly exposed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
- Access, update or correct your account information from your dashboard.
- Disconnect any WhatsApp device/number at any time, which removes its stored credentials.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
