Data Deletion Instructions

At TezSender we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can delete your data and account, as required by Meta's Platform policies.

What Data We Hold

  • Your account details (name, email, mobile).
  • Connected WhatsApp device credentials (Phone Number IDs, WABA IDs and access tokens for the official Cloud API).
  • Message logs, delivery statuses and auto-reply/chatbot configuration.

Option 1 — Delete From Your Dashboard

  • Log in to your TezSender account.
  • Go to Devices and delete any connected WhatsApp device — this immediately removes its stored credentials.
  • To remove your entire account and associated data, use the delete/deactivate option or contact us (Option 2).

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

Send a deletion request and we will permanently erase your account and associated data within 30 days.

  • Email us at tezindia.business@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account.
  • Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include the name and email/mobile associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
Once your data is deleted, connected WhatsApp access tokens are removed and can no longer be used by TezSender. Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. billing/tax records).
